As cosmetics are hygiene items, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind or skin incompatibility with the product.  Should you find any issue with our products, please contact us and we will help to sort it out. Please note Zeromultiple Pte Ltd is not liable for any potential skin sensitivities or allergies from the use of our products. Please test or try our samples if you have very sensitive skin at our retail partners or via our sample kits before purchasing a full size product.
